My leadership journey began at the young age of four when my mother told me I was going to become a big brother. With my father starting a new role as a principal, she explained that I’d need to step up and help, planting the first seeds of responsibility and teamwork. Growing up, I was taught the value of competition—not just how to win or lose with grace, but how to be a supportive teammate in any circumstance.

Professionally, I’ve navigated my way from entry-level roles to corporate leadership, experiencing both challenges and triumphs along the way. I also learned the importance of giving back, and after sharing my insights with colleagues and friends, they encouraged me to amplify both my stories and theirs.
